People who hate cats, are weird. You hear that a lot more than you hear people say they hate dogs. People who love dogs and hate cats do so because dogs act like they worship you, and they are like slaves. If you hate cats and love dogs you are really insecure and actually have deep fear of animals, and the unknown. Mostly really conservative people.
People who hate dogs are anal, they mostly just don’t want to get dirty, or smelly. OR a dog attacked them.

I think its an adorable looking kitten, I don’t think its a “weird pose” its just a very young kitten, so its harsh to judge its looks as ugly at such an early stage.
Interesting comments tho, but IMHO dogs are pack animals, they are either a leader or they are led, thats how they survive.
Cats are solitary hunters, they rely on stealth, thats how they survive.
Interpreting their behaviour as worshiping & slavelike, or mystical & snooty is just another example of anthropomorphization…
That said I do like this quote by Winston Churchill:
I like pigs. Dogs look up to us. Cats look down on us. Pigs treat us as equals.
And just to make it clear, I am fond of dogs AND cats – do I win the prize?
